The study produces a working proof of concept built with your actual data, a complete architecture plan tailored to your security and scale requirements, a viability analysis that's honest about what AI can and can't solve for you, and a detailed cost projection with no surprises downstream.
The entire output belongs to you. Take it to your board, your IT committee, your procurement team. Use it to move forward with us, or hand it to another vendor. There's no lock-in, no proprietary formats, no dependencies that force you to stay with us. The work stands on its own.
If you do move forward with us, the full cost of the study is credited toward your implementation contract. If you don't, you still have a production-grade blueprint that any qualified team can execute.
